Our talented private chef, who has worked in many fine establishments and cooked for Europe’s royal families, grew up in this region so the terrain and delicacies of Southern Spain are second nature.
FARM TO TABLE GASTRONOMY
We use fresh local ingredients to highlight the flavors of AndaluciaWe use produce from our own gardens when possible, along with those from neighboring farms and towns. We also offer guests our own organic first press olive oil, harvested from our ancient olive trees every December.

DINNER
Prepared especially for you by our private chefOur gastronomic dinner menu changes daily and varies according to the seasons and to what inspires our chef. We offer a four-course tasting dinner menu, by reservation in advance and available only to guests staying with us. Those staying more than one night can opt for a tasting menu every evening to truly experience the diverse culinary skills of our chef. An a la carte menu is also available featuring traditional Spanish specialties, weekly specials and international dishes.
BREAKFAST
From 8 AM, anytime and anywhere you wish on the propertyEvery morning, we offer a traditional hacienda continental breakfast with options for hot dishes such as scrambled eggs or the favorite tortilla de patatas on the side.
LUNCH
Favorite local specialties, international dishes and wood-fired oven pizzas onsiteGuests can select from a menu of traditional Spanish favorites, continental fare, and comfort food.
