CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
All guests are requested to fill up our online check-in form via their own mobile phones or devices, or via the hotel iPad, and to present management with copies of their passports and complete details of at least one valid credit card.
REQUESTS
La Esperanza Granada requests guests to refrain from the following:
- Using heating or cooking devices, and/ or using these devices
- Keeping heaters, cooling devices, hair dryers and other equipment open when not in use or when they are not in the room.
- Smoking inside the room
- Bringing pets of any kind without prior approval in writing from the management
- Bringing guns, knives, gasoline and combustible devices onto the property
- Posting or leaving flyers or any promotional material in the hacienda
- Ordering delivery food from outside the hacienda
- Removing any furniture, decor, fixtures or items from the hacienda
- Any actions that may intentionally or uintentionally damage the hacienda. The hacienda will seek compensation for damages.
- From departing from the hotel with the intention of not returning, without paying for the bill.
DRESS CODE
We request guests not to leave their rooms in sleeping wear or hotel slippers.
COOKING IN THE ROOMS
Cooking devices, utensils or appliances are not allowed in any of the suites and rooms. With the exception of the master villa, cooking is not allowed in the rooms.
REMOVAL OF FURNISHINGS & FIXTURES
Please do not remove any items from the hotel, including from your room or the public areas. The management will consider any removal of such items as a voluntary purchase of the guest and charge for this accordingly.
DAMAGES TO THE HOTEL
Please refrain from actions that may intentionally or unintentionally damage the hacienda. La Esperanza Granada may seek compensation in such cases.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please do not leave any personal belongings outside of the hotel room.
PAYMENT OF BILLS
Guests are required to settle their bills prior to departure. Should there be any issues or questions regarding the bill, please contact the manager on duty. There may also be instances when management will deem it necessary to present the bill in the middle of the stay. In this case, guests are requested to pay promptly.
