Our hacienda is curated with art and antiques to reflect the deep history and culture of Granada. It sits amidst five hectares of private parks with a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub overlooking the valley. GUEST SERVICES
BAGGAGE HANDLING
We can store baggage for guests arriving early or departing late at their request. However, La Esperanza Granada and its management shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the luggage or its contents.
DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY
La Esperanza Granada is furnished with high quality art and antiques. Any damage to hotel property caused by a guest may result in a repair charge for guests.
DO NOT DISTURB
Please hang the “Do Not Disturb” on your doorknob if you do not wish the housekeeping staff or managers to enter the room. Please note that this may prevent the cleaning of the room for that day.
DRINKS OUTSIDE OF MEAL TIMES
Our bar is open from 8 AM until 10 PM for any requests.
ENERGY & TEMPERATURE
All rooms are installed with the state-of-the-art aerothermia system for heating and cooling. To help with efforts to protect the environment, we request guests to turn off their heating or cooling systems when they leave their rooms.

The Resident Manager also can be found in the Porter’s Residence, which is the first door by the entrance of the hacienda main building.
LAUNDRY
Laundry is available on a 48-hour regular service and a 24-hour express service.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
There is a doctor available in each of the towns around the hacienda, and a 24-hour public emergency medical center in the town of Durcal, 15 minutes away. The main hospital of Granada is approximately 25 minutes’ drive, at the edge of the city nearest the highway exit from La Esperanza Granada.
SAFEKEEPING OF VALUABLES
Each room has a safe where you can store your valuables. Please note that La Esperanza Granada cannot accept any responsibility for these so we request guests to take all necessary precautions to keep valuables safe.
SMOKING
All rooms are non-smoking. Guests are requested to smoke only in designated areas, especially as the areas around the hacienda are prone to wildfires. Designated smoking areas include the private patio of each guest room and the Alhambra-inspired central courtyard. Please alert a staff member if you wish to smoke so we can provide you with an ashtray. Kindly note that the Lecrin Valley takes wildfires seriously and any fires started via a discarded cigarette or via smoking outside of designated areas will fall under the jurisdiction and investigation of local authorities.
TOILETRIES
La Esperanza Granada is an environment-friendly hacienda. To avoid unnecessary wastage, all extra amenities and/or toiletries are on a request basis.
