ARTICLE 1
- The accommodation agreement and all related contracts between “LA ESPERANZA GRANADA” (hereinafter “La Esperanza”) and guests will be governed by the rules set forth in these Terms of Service. Any matters not stipulated in these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws and customs of the government of Andalucia and/or Spain. The term “guests” refers to any persons or parties applying for, currently staying at, or planning to stay at the hotel.
- Credit card reservations shall comply with these Terms of Service, and details concerning the usage of guest credit cards shall be subject to the Terms of Service stipulated between the credit card companies and the Hotel.
- La Esperanza may enter into a special agreement with the guest within a range that does not violate the purpose, articles, or provisions of this Terms of Service, and in such cases, the terms of the special agreement take precedence.
ARTICLE 2
- Persons wishing to stay at the hotel shall be required to make a reservation. In doing so, La Esperanza will ask reservation applicants (hereinafter “Guest”) to provide the following information: Guest name, nationality, passport number, main home address, and contact information. Credit card details will also be required as well as any other information deemed necessary by La Esperanza.
- If La Esperanza accepts the reservation application, an accommodation contract shall be established between La Esperanza and the Guest.
ARTICLE 3
La Esperanza reserves the right to reject a reservation application on the following basis:
- There are no rooms available.
- When it is judged that the Guest may be a risk in accordance with national or regional laws, to social order, public order, and/or morality. Or when it is clear that the Guest is a risk to public health due to infection, illness, or other safety issues that may affect other Guests or persons working at La Esperanza.
- In cases where the Guest is in possession of items prohibited by La Esperanza including but not exclusive to: animals, drugs, firearms, weapons, articles or items that may endanger other persons.
- When La Esperanza becomes subject to the possible burdens greater than those presented by the average accommodation contract. Or when, in accordance with law, La Esperanza believes there is a reason that will disqualify the Guest from staying at La Esperanza.
- Other reasons considered rational by La Esperanza.
